Due to a software error, it was discovered that websocket and platform push notifications were not being emitted correctly between 3:10am and 7:20am PST. This would have impacted customer experience (missed notifications) but no data was lost. The ensuing repair steps led to intermittant degradation to websocket performance over the period from 6:10am to 7:20am PST. The root cause of these issues has been addressed, and systems have been stable since 7:20am PST.
